For all our clients Top Temps will design a bespoke recruitment and selection procedure to ensure that the right people are selected for the right job each and every time.

This starts with collating local market data about the labour pool available and drawing up a marketing strategy that will ensure that we capture the best candidates. Once a strategy has been agreed we will move to use all possible resources available to us to enable candidate attraction to be maximised.

In advance a recruitment process will be agreed with the client. Our process which will be adapted to suit requirements can include:

  • Telephone interview
  • Right To Work In The UK document check
  • Licence check
  • Full job and client briefing
  • Skills test: written and / or manual
  • Application forms including health declaration
  • One-to-one interview
  • Drugs & alcohol screening
  • Criminal records check
  • Credit check
  • Medical
  • Reference check.
