
KPI Reporting
We understand how fundamental it is to our clients business that tight controls are in place for productivity and costing purposes. At contract inception we will agree a Service Level Agreement that lays out the expectations of our client and what Top Temps will do to deliver on those commitments. Key Performance Indicators will be used to measure service delivery and will be made available as and when the client desires, and in whatever format. As standard we will report on the following areas:
- Local labour market statistics
- Advertising and marketing activities
- Recruitment funnel
- First day fill rates
- Assessment and training completion rates
- Attendance
- Performance
- Attrition
- Reasons for leaving
- Costings
- Learnings from previous period.
