Training & Qualification Opportunities

We, at Top Temps, understand the importance to offer career advancement opportunities for our temporary workers. Dependent upon the work that you do for us, the length of your assignment and relevant course availability we may be able to offer you the opportunity to attain an NVQ Qualification. An NVQ qualification is a recognised qualification related to a particular industry or sector which you may be able to study for at work.

What is an NVQ?

NVQ stands for National Vocational Qualification and is a competency based qualification which means that you learn practical, work-related tasks that are designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge to do a job effectively.

What subjects are available?

There are over 1300 courses available. If you qualify through Top Temps we would select a course that is relevant to the work that you do for us and our client. These include manufacturing, logistics & distribution and administration.

What do I do if I am interested?

If you would like to find out more information on the training opportunities offered by Top Temps you should speak to your Account Manager who will be able to tell you if there are courses being currently run at your work location and whether you would qualify to be selected on to a training programme.
